Why does my group members emails looks so choppy?

My members send emails that come choppy. It comes back with one or two words on a line and then a full line. It is not very readable. I think its because the column is too narrow. I'm frustrated because people are dropping out of my group because they can't read the messages.

some times this happens with that Fully Featured mail choice than it does for Traditional. sometimes it's their mail server doing it, not yahoo at all. I'd try Traditional mail setting and see if that doesn't help
