Why does my guinea pig shake and make a weird noise when i whistle?

sometimes when i whistle he does this. I found that out today when i was holding him.

To you whistling may not high pitched but to a guinea pig it will hurt it's ear's.

my guinea pig does that too. It means he's scared when you whistle cuz its high pitched..andd guinea pigs have better hearing than our ears! and they have fragile ears so dont touch them! Also..when you were holding him you were probably whistling loudly in his ear so he got scared. Dont worry! Just be careful!

It hurts his ears and scares him. My dog does it when the fire alarm goes off.
