  1. it sounds perfectly normal to me (otherwise i wouldn't have any hair left on my head). when we wash our hair, the water helps the hair that detached from the scalp to fall out. it is considered that we lose approximately 100 of threads a day. that looks like a lot of hair when we see it falling in the shower, but it is supposed to be that way.

  2. same with me.

get a thicker and stronger shampoo

  3. Its very common and nothing to worry about. Your hair might be really thin or brittle. It doesnt mean you'll go bald. Try some shampoo for fine hair and that will make it a little stronger.

  4. This is happening to me recently for past year or so. I lose hair often, but still I have a lot of hair.

Try using anti hairloss shampoo, and massage the scalp with your hands. (no nails), massaging helps blood flow which helps hair to stay strong

  5. your normal.  the average person loses up to 100 hairs a day!!!
