Why does my hair take longer to dry when I use conditioner?

  1. All conditioners leave a residue on your hair.  For example, if you use one for dry and brittle hair it'll leave a moisurizing agent.  When you use conditioner it's leaving that residue on it and it takes longer to dry because it's keeping in moisture.

  3. Because conditioner is used to add moisture to your hair so once you have used it, your hair will hold on to water better and longer than without it.
