  1. Tell your parents to stop beating you, if that helps...

  2. It could be any of the following :

    Dehydrated

If you are dehydrated, your head can start hurting, and you just feel ill all over. So check it out.

    On your period

This happens to a lot of women, and to me too, almost everytime I get my period. I feel ill, get all headachey, and my stomach hurts like h**l . I sometimes feel nauseous too, and like I'm going to faint.

    Not having breakfast

Your body needs energy to function. Breakfast is essential for your body, as it has fasted all thru the night, and now it needs some energy to go thru the day. Especially if you are used to having breakfast regularly, skipping it can make you feel like that.

Recovering from a flu or something similar

Did you just get over a cough, cold, the smiffles, anything like that? Then it's probably just the thing going out of your body.

Going to get a flu or something similar

Is your throat irritated? Is your nose unusually leaky and sniffly? You could be coming down with the flu.

    Stress

Are you stressed out about something? Maybe a big test, or some problems at work / school, or some problems with family, friends etc.

    Being tired

If you are tired, your head can start hurtung, and you do feel weird all over.

    Too much exercise

Too much of anything is bad. Even exercise, when done in abnormal amounts causes weakness, headaches, dehydration etc.

Too hot/ being in the sun for too long

This can have major bad effects on your body, like the ones you described, at first, and then they can become worse. If it's too hot where you are right now, go to a cooler place, drink something cold, and just relax; don't do any work.

First of all, EAT SOMETHING! Your body needs food!

If you are feeling dizzy, put your head between your knees, sitting down, and get up slowly after 3 minutes.

If it gets worse, take a painkiller and lie down.

If it persists, it would be wise to visit a doc.

    Take care!
