Why does my heart beat so hard?

I just wanna know is it just me but I had a few guys that told me when I layed down with them that they felt my heart beating alot. I also feel it beating hard sometimes, but I never pay no mind to it. Is this normal ? I feel embarrassed.

  1. it just means your blood is clean and circulates around the body with no problem if t keeps getting louder it means heart disese go to doc dude
