I make homemade wheat bread. And lately, but not always, I have been slicing into my loafs and findig that the middle half of the upper part of the loaf has an upsidedown u shape whole in it. The lower half of the loaf seems to be more dense and the upper half has less material...which makes it crumble. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening because I basically make it the same every time. Can anyone help me out here?
