Why does my horse nicker when I nicker and whinny?

It's sooo cute x3 But I dun understand why he does it when i'ma human!!

He thinks you are one of the herd and recognizes your voice.He knows with your Nicker and Whinny food and companionship are on the way. You look like any other animal to him,just with two legs instead of four. Cute.

he still thinks your talking to him, you can communicate quite well, their body movement and jestures tell you alot also

if you actually try to speak out the nrnrnrnrnrnrnr and neeeeee it just doesn;t sound like it should....more mental hospital stuff but anywho, some horses are more vocally demonstrative then others, showing their affection and eagerness orally rather then through more subtle body language. be happy, he wants to talk to you.
