Most likely jealousy . I would tell him when he starts complaining that that is your son and you love him and if he doesn't like it too bad .

A mother/father should never have to choose between a child and spouse .

The majority of your times is spent with your husband , right ? What is it hurting if you spend 30 minutes - an hour out of a day talking to your son ?

Not only does it sound like your husband is jealous but it also sounds like he is just looking for some thing to complain about .

Some people Just act like this and need to grow up. You need to have a talk with him.This is your son no matter what and he does not need to be doing that.Your son needs you 2 not only your husband.

FND40 i couldn't have put it better myself, Your husband is pathetic. My father is the same and it was easier to walk away. I haven't seen both of my parents for 3 years because of his secret jealousy.

Children should come before your husband in most _ not all, cases. You brought that man into this world and he just wants to talk to you so what is your husbands problem? I don't think you will be-able to solve this, so make a choice. Is your husband controlling you in other areas of your life?

Just reaffirms my notion men are never worth going to your grave for spending the rest of your life with a man just because you are scared of being alone.
