Why does my i-pod freeze?!

ok so over the past month my i-pod has frozen 7 times! do i have a bad i-pod i mean it gets me really mad

to reset

flick hold on and off a few times

then hold down the menu and center button until the apple logo appears and it shud then reset=]

If you can prove that you own it, and you did not cause the problem then you can take it back to apple for a fix or an exchange
