  1. if it gets to a point where the vehicle stalls sometimes, then i would recommend you to upgrade to a High Output alternator and/or doing the "Big3".

every vehicle is different and one needs to remember that our cars do not come equiped with the power demand amplifiers need. doing the big3 which is ADDING a power wire from the + of the battery to the alternator, adding a ground wire from the - to the chassis, and a ground wire from the - to the engine block... should have a big impact on your vehicle.

this will allow for a much better flow of current through your vehicle since the original wires on just about ever car are too thin.

imo, try using a thick cable for the big3 and it should fix your problem. but depending on what you plan on doing in the future.... like if u plan on going with a bigger system soon then try buying the thickest cable you can find, maby 1/0 g.  if you want to just stay under 500 watts rms then go with a 4 or 2g. wire.

  2. because the amplifier is taking power from the battery constantly aswell as the alternator

try geting a better battery kinetic and optima make good ones especially designed for acar audio

also getting a more powerful alternator can be a good thing

  3. Try to upgrade your battery.  Im pushing 2000rms with my amp and i got a redtop battery although i still have voltage drops and its going hard on my alternator it works...  You will for sure want to get a new battery and or alternator at some point.
