Why does my iguana always stick out the tip of her tongue?

  1. iguanas have noses to smell but not very good eye sight, so they sense everything around them by picking up sents with their toungues.  snakes do this too, she is pretty muchj just sensing whats around her and smelling.  most reptile do this.
