Why does my internet stop working periodically?

Ok, this is driving me crazy. I have Comcast as an internet service provider, and so far everything's been great. but since about 3 weeks ago, my internet will keep working for like 10 minutes, then it will crash for about 2 minutes, then work for 10, then crash for about 2 again. Can anyone help me? I can't have an enjoyable internet experience with this problem. It's just so aggravating!

P.S.--- For what it's worth, I have a Motorola Modem, and a Wireless-G Linksys Router.

  Surges put it temporarily over capacity,they are working on increasing the network you'll find it will straighten out soon.
