Why does my ipod freeze

Every time i plug it into my computer and how can i unfreeze it the other times i had to wait till the battery died is there another way>??

you can unfreeze it by holding down the middle button and (either the up or down button) together and just wait till it restarts and that should make it unfreeze.

because it's an ipod lol. It would help if i knew what kind it was. But all ipods are beginning to sucks ***. Mine always freezes. My two friends' ipods always freeze. It's just what happens after a while.
