Why does my jaw crack when ever I use it more than I would when I'm talking, and sometimes it gets stuck?

I asked earlier, but my question didn't seem to get through.

So what causes it, and how can I stop it? Like when I open my mouth too wide and too fast, sometimes it gets stuck and it gets really painful.

possible TMJ, you can talk to your doctor or your dentist about possible resolution for your issue.

I have the same problem and it's caused by grinding your teeth in your sleep, to correct it just talk to your dentist and he'll give you a mouth gaurd to wear while you sleep
