It' summer time so i decided I'd start running. After two days of good runs (about two miles each), my knee started bothering me right when i started running. I'm only 15 and about 5'8 140lbs. Do i need to stretch or something? It has always bothered me in the past while running too. What do i need do to do so my knee will stop adjitating me while running. I have a basic pair of running shoes by the way.
