  1. You have a 2 flasher screen!  I have a 4 flasher screen!  It depends on the setting!  I have no clue!


  2. Mine does that too I have a Dell. I run Win XP Media edition. It may have something to do with windows startup and initialization. My desktop does that too. That has Win XP Pro on it. I hate Vista so I took it off of everything I own. No way for me partner. I couldn't STAND it. I had nothing but problems. Anyway that's neither here nor there.

  3. So long as it doesn't flicker at odd times or constantly, it is fine
