Why does my left breast hurt so much?

My left breast is always hurting. the other day i noticed a blue line going around the ariola. some times it feels like a jabbing pain. its more annoying then painful though. whats wrong.

It sounds like you could have cysts. This usually isn't anything to worry about, but good to have checked out. I get a lot of pain in one breast and have been told it's nothing.

Limit sodium intake.

Reduce caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate).

Try Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), Vitamin B1 (thiamine), and Vitamin E.

Try evening primrose oil and or special women's teas (Check health food isle)
