Why does my left side brain hurt?

This happens once a day to me. It feels like someone just poked right on the left brain with a knife for 2 seconds then its gone. i totally doubt that this is a tumor because i dont have any giant bumps, and its not a stroke because i should be getting numbness on my left side and the worst headaches. i am only 12, i am very healthy, and i exercise everyday Not To Lose Weight. Does anyone have the same problem as i do?

P.S yes, i do wear glasses
