Okay... im in track and i havent had this problem untill i started track.When i run my calves and my whole legs are fineits when i stop running my lower legs like my calves have alot of pain. like the right side of my left calf and the left side of my right calf.and its along the side where the bone islike when i touch the bone i always flinchdarn this is hard to explain.my dad thinks its shin splints but i dont know...i just need some of your ideas..and the pain is so bad sometimes i fall to the ground... or i would have to keep walking it just makes me want to cry sometimes. lolyeah...so what do you think is wrong?and should i do something to my legs during a track meet?like tape them?thanks. =]
