Question:

Why does my mail go to my friend's spam folder though he has not blocked me?

Sometimes mail that I send to new friends goes to their spam mail. My mail ID has a word with a number at the end. Could the alphanumeric ID be a problem? Is that why their spam filter identifies my mail as spam?

  1. say him to move your mail from spam to inbox and afterthat you will never face such kind of problem

    good luck

  2. There are several reasons behind a mail to be marked as spam. The likely reason here are:

    1. Your friend has not saved your id in his/her address book.

    2. The subject line that you give is marked as Spam in Spam rules.

    3. Ask your friend to tag your all email that come to Spam Folder as Not Spam, that trains the Spam Filter to make new rules for your id.

The Letters with number at the end does not have anything do do with it.. But make sure your friend follows the 3 Step don't just move your email to Inbox, first mark it as 'Not Spam' and then move to inbox.

  3. They  should  add  your  id   in  their  address  book  or contacts  folder

And then  this  will   not happen

    Also  if  they  move

your  mails  from  spam  folder  to  inbox, your  next mail and  henceforth all  mails  will  start

    going to their  inbox

        Hope  this  helps

    regards
