Question:

Why does my memory card keep resetting itself?

This is beginning to get extremely frustrating, considering I had some major saves on here. I'd just about finished unlocking all of the islands on GTA: San Andreas and I let my brother play my game. I go back and play San Andreas the next day, and I have to start all the way from the beginning. I didn't let my brother play my game, because I was convinced he was the reason for this happening. I began to play and complete missions so that I could get back to where I was in about two weeks. The same thing happened again, and my brother had not been able to play because of the reason listed above. Please help me figure out what is going on. I have a PS2.

  1. You may own a corrupt game that damages the memory card. That is just a possibility. If I save at certain time in Soul Calibur 3 it will damage the memory card. See if the same thing happens if you play a different game to check.

  2. you should solve it keep your psp in a place where your brother can get it like leave it in the living room but put a code on it in the settings and see if it restarts it self if it still restarts it self get a new memory card and if that memory card still does it then it probly your psp
