  1. Ha ha! People learn best in different ways. My mind goes blank when I listen to a lecture, or even a book on tape. I am NOT an auditory learner. I'm a visual learner and my mind works great when I read because I can see the words and make a mental picture in my mind. Other people are kinisthetic learners. They have to do something to make it stick (like an experiment). This is why classes are usually a combination of all three, so everyone gets a chance to learn the same material in a way that their mind grasps it better.
