Why does my mitsubishi eclipse GST dont start?

If you ran it with out water you probably seized up the engine.  Put a socket on the front crankpulleyy with a big bar and try and turn the motor by hand if it does not turn then the motor is seized up if it turns but is very hard to turn then the motor will soon go.  The starter wont be able to start the motor if the motor is seized.  hope this helps.

If Im not wrong, the engine need to be overhauled.
