Why does my mom care more about my wife than me?

Question

If you guys have been following my questions, you would see that my wife and I have been having lots of serious problems in our relationship. My mother-in-law thinks I have another woman and that's why I made the police put my wife in jail. I bailed my wife out of jail as soon as the bond was set and we have been together since then with no problems (so far). My wife wanted to hire a lawyer to defend her, but she never had enough money to do that. She asked me to ask my mom for $1000 which I did and my mom sent it in both our names.

My wife knows my mom doesn't want to hear that we have broken up, so she will do all she can to help us. I'm sure my mom got that money from her retirement savings because she just retired 4 months ago. My mom would never have given me that money if I asked, so why give it just because my wife came at me with a scissors and got arrested for aggravated/domestic/abuse (a felony)? It's not that I don't care about my wife, it's just that she is taking advantage of the situation because she is not respectful to me and wants to do what she wants to do when she wants to do it. As far as I see it, i'm tired of her bullshit and if my wife doesnt clean up her act, I'm going to lift that $25, 000 bond off my shoulders and lay it down on the ground.

you let her take advantage of you. you didn't have to ask your mom for that money. and you don't sound too happy with your wife so you are you being bothered if you feel that way

Well Mark the way I see this it is ALL your fault.  If you wife came after you with a pair of scissors then you should have left her *** in jail.   Furthermore when she asked you to ask your mom why did you ask  MMM seems odd to me..   Sounds to me like maybe you like your own since of control in the situation.  I

Weren't you trying to get with you ex a while back maybe she knows about that and that's why you have these issues.

mmm your disgusting.  Im sure theres a reason why she came at you with scissors. seriously something is going on your not saying.  Shes not respectful of you? If you are not a wife beater or abuse her with words then I say go to counseling together.  Theres something fishy here because mothers would not act like that without good reason, she may back her up if your the real a*****e
