  1. that made me lol ....i dont know but dats gross

  2. I tell you what does it for me milk, ice cream, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese.all of those.I always loved milk and was told I had  ibs but after being tested for allergies I found out it was my favorite food milk. Now I drink soymilk and its so good when its cold .Its yummy in cereal too.Fiber is good for you though. One thing is she may need probiotics.like some people always say eat yogurt.I dont eat yogurt I eat acidophilus capsules. They help. You need good bacteria in your body or you will get gas.

  3. Sodium, greasy foods, raw veggies, all of these things can attribute to that, it's not always just foods with lots of fiber. Gas is a natural occurrence with digestion, most people have about the same amount per daily, the only thing that may increase it is their particular food intake, or lack of certain foods.

  4. If she drinks alot of sodas that can give her gas. Also eating with your mouth open and swallowing alot of air while you eat. Alot of raw veggies can do it. And eating too fast.

  5. Eating too fast (swallowing air), drinking pop, healthy foods like beans, broccoli cabbage, salads and raw foods could give her gas.

  6. It sounds like a gastric issue if food does not appear to cause it.

If she experiences discomfort she should get checked out.

Monitor her fluid intakes, excess caffeine can cause flatulence.

Eating too fast also can be a factor.
