Why does my mum hate me?

Question

I want to start a garage band and we don't have a garage and she refuses to get third job to purchase a home with a garage. I told her that once I get famous she will NEVER be my limo driver!

your mom doesnt hate you.. if she has two jobs already its obviously because she is trying to give you a home and feed you, just because its a garage band doesnt mean it has to be in the garage, do it outside, or at one of the other band mates houses... and give your mom a break she is obviously working hard to support you

Okay first your mom doesn't hate you.She already has 2 jobs! Its hard to make money but you sitting on the lazy piece of a chair staring into the computer aren't helping or doing anything, you want it handed to you, POOF just like that.

Grow up I'm not sure but I think you would rather have your mom work a third job and drop dead  and  you collect the insurance .Your mom doesn't hate you, you hate her.

wow ur making ur mom get another job to get another house with a garage just to start a band that might not even make it.  she doesnt hate u.  she just cant do everything.  find somewhere else to practice.

why dont YOU get a job!?

Your mom is doing the best she can to provide everything for you

In the real world you're going to have to work for yourself and it is a lot tougher than you think

Why don't you stop being selfish and think rationally?

I believe your mom loves you very much, for she is working hard.

Give her a break and a little credit

She is being incredibly selfish right now. Get her hooked on coke and she'll have the needed incentive, and energy for that third job. She should realize how important this is to you, and support your efforts.

I think you are being a lil irrational. You can start a garage band. Garage refers to a certain style. See if you all can find a place to rehearse. You are demanding a lot of your mother to buy another home. Think about the costs as far as mortgage bills and other things that your mom has to go through with working. You are being a little selfish
