Why does my muscle twitch and how do i get it to stop?

ok muscle right by my knee has been twitching for the past three days nonstop.. i swear... and its getting REALLY annoying.. why does it do this and how do i get it to stop?

  1. This could be due some form of exercise you may have done, or it could be your bodies way of telling you need potassium.  Try eating a banana or avocado.  If that does not help go see a dr.  


  2. I get random twitches every now and then too, usually triggered by stress or overexertion. Try massaging the muscles around your knee and in your thigh for a few minutes to relax it. This usually does the trick. Sometimes muscle twitches can be nutrition related as well, involving magnesium or potassium deficiencies so eating a banana can help. Good luck :)
