Why does my neck and earlobe itch so much?

Often, for me anyway, I tend to get little cracks on my ears. They itch like crazy and even get sore. I generally just put an anti-itch cream on it (such as Aveeno Anti-Itch) and then to prevent it (especially in winter), I moisturize (using Keri Lotion or Aveeno).

Not sure about the neck though.

It could be that maybe after you shower, you're not drying those areas properly. That can make them extremely itchy and cause a fungus. I have gotten that between my fingers and on my ears. So just take extra care after you bathe to dry those areas really well.
