  1. Actually, dog food is less fatty and won't hurt your cat. My cat does that too. Not too much anymore, but it won't hurt them.

  2. A kitten has trouble reading the labels on the food containers maybe it needs new glasses ~~

  3. Since your kitten is probably new to solid food he/she probably doesn't know which is dog food and which is cat food, I don't think dog food can harm your puss if your cat likes it so be it , but if he/she starts vomiting or not right lay off the dog food and if it carries on see a vet immediately

    hope this helps

  4. Kittens needs more protein food their food than adult cats and DOGS!!  Kittens need to eat more then you think....

If you feed him only dry food it may have too much grains/rice/carbs in it needs more main muscle in his food chicken turkey, rabbit, duck, try to feed no grains..see charts below.... feed him the right foods from the start he will stay healthy!! Diabetes can be caused by high grain dry food  so they found out.. GOOD LUCK! see this link for foods to feed your new baby.

  5. because it's there.  new kitten=mouthing and tasting everything from your dog's food to electrical cords.......supervision would be in order here and if not, then put things out of her reach or in a confined area when you are not home.
