Why does my nikon s550 import every picture that i have to my pc even thow i imported it another time????

well i got my new nikon s550 a coupke days ago and i love it lol. well i iported all my pictures the first day on my computer. there was about 91 on my memory card. well i only took a couple of pictures on my camera today and i wanted them on my computer. well it imported all of the other 91 pictures that were already on my memory card. why does it do that eveytime instead of just importing the pictures that arnt already on my computer? can i fix that any how?

When I download my cards, I always reformat them afterward. Once you have a copy on your computer, wipe the card clean so you have more room for photos in your camera and don't end up with duplicates...

Just make sure you do a back up of the original photos in case your hard drive crashes.

My canon has an option to import all images or new images, check your manual. All cameras are different in terminology and use.
