Why does my pc lag when my sister leaves a game open?

it lags that i have to run ccleaner and restart it and she was playing farm frenzy 2

When playing a game, and you run a cc cleaner, obviously, the pc will lag. the game uses much memory and so the cc cleaner when you run it.
