Why does my p***s hurt

This past few weeks i have had a sharp pain in my p***s when i squeeze it or when it bends. when i do bend it i also have a little bit of yellow discharge. Also wen i go to the bathroom it burns and stings. It will sting for 3 days or so then stop for one then back to the 3 days. I dont know if i have an infection or STD. im currently sexually active but not this past week to see if it will stop. i have had a girlfriend for the past 9 months so if it is an STD then it wouldnt be from her. this started occuring when i went on a "break." When we were on the break i was with anothert girl but we didnt have s*x. But i think this might be an infection because i have been searching the net and found that burning urination is a sign of bladder infection. I have searched for info on the pain i get but i cant find anything.

Yes you need to go to the dr before it gets in your kidneys.
