  1. Your persian scoots his butt around because, sometimes some f***s can get stuck to his rear end fur, so your cat gets rid of it by scooting around. If you don't want him to do this, trim the dirty fur.

  2. (have never had to deal with worms so can't speak on that)

Is your cat overweight?  Often overweight cats cannot reach that back area to groom properly and then do the butt-drag to clean themselves.

If he is overweight, help him clean back there until he has lost the weight.

If he is *not* overweight, then try to figure out why he can't clean himself.  If it's not immediately apparent, call your vet.

  3. Well either worms or i know with dogs they scoot their butt when they need anal glands released.  I dont know if cats get the problem.  May want to look into it.

  4. Cat Toilet Paper???

No he most likely has worms.  check his a**s and see if there are white or gray strings... if so it's worms.

take to vet and have de-wormed.

  5. i saw it before. i think its to wipe himself.. maybe he has diarrhoea check it!

  6. it itches and he can't get it off and he does it even when he didn't go because it hardens there because he can't get it back off but it could also be worms

  7. Persian cats as well as the Burmese or any other ones

    with LONG FUR

have problems after using their bathroom plate because of the rests stuck with their fur, if any, and case that isn't getting off, they also do sometimes run wild to waste it off.

But don't be afraid, they also shall make you attentive of those rests wherever they can be in the house. You know, cats are very, very, very clean animals.

I used to keep the bed rooms closed just during the time I was not at home. But all the time I had the door closed to the kitchen. This way, my cat was aware of some rules.

And I had eye contact with my cat most of the time I was at home - we were looking for each other.

I see you are doing the same. It's good for both of you.

  8. he could have worms. check that p**p out. if so, get him dewormed asap.
