Why does my phone keep saying "radio path unavailable" everytime i try to call someone?

it also says my phone is disconnected ,i know for a fact that its not.

call your phone company and ask them to send a tech. out and take a look at the lines

Its a network default set-up ! Call the company and stress to them that you are very angry and trust me when i say they WILL sort it out !
