I was playing with my Glyde phone the other day and now when someone calls there is a voice that comes out and says Verizon wireless. Was it something that I accidentally set or is everyone receiving this new prompt on their verizon service?

  1. I think this is just something annoying that Verizon decided to put in.  I'm pretty sure it's nothing you did.  I'm not sure about anyone else, but I believe I did have this happen to me when I got my first phone three years ago.  Also, I'm not sure if there is a way to disable it or not.

  2. that just means your call has connected to get that off go to:

    settings and tools

    sound settings

    Service alerts

    call connect

and disable it.. if its already disabled then idk

  3. Alltell  just emerged with Verizon and now have both services. So, there's been some changes made. Probably so Alltell can determine who their Verizon customers are.
