Why does my phone say this?

Question

I just noticed it today its never happened before. When i put it on charge it says- charging, alien battery.

What does that mean.

I havent changed anything in the phone, not the charger nor battery.

Hiya what i would suggest is try & borrow another battery charger from a friend if that doesnt work then try another battery if there is still no change take your phone to a repair shop to be looked at proffesionally ... hope this helps

If your battery is original, and despite this you get this message, then it may be defective.

Usually the phone charges slower in this mode (alien mode).

Take it to your phone carrier so they can look at it or possibly fix it before it breaks down and you won't have a phone at all and might have to buy a bran new phone.
