Why does my printer print my documents all slanted?

Everytime I print a document it comes out a little slanted.

It is a new printer which I recently bought.

I tried sorting out the Print Head Allignment but it still does it :S

Is there any other way I can sort it out?

  1. The paper hasn't been loaded into the tray properly and needs to be fixed.

  2. Have you got italics selected?

  3. Hmm.. interesting.. maybe the paper was put in slanted, if not take it back and either get your money back or get another one.

    Thanks.

  4. Im inclined to say that the paper clamps (at the side) is too tight therefore making it slant into the printer. Try loosening the paper clamps and see what happens

  5. Its not the printer allignment, it could be something as simple as the paper isnt correctly fed through.

If this persists then consult the free helpline.

    Hope this has helped. x

  6. It is feeding the paper crooked.  Make sure you have your paper quides on the feeder tray set correctly

  7. The paper may not be loaded correctly. Sometimes there are little adjustable tabs to make sure that the paper stays in place. Make sure that all of those are set to the right size of paper and also make sure that the paper is loaded flat and stacked neatly so that it pulls it in straight.

  8. Make sure your paper is put in straight and align your ink cartridges (if your using ink jet)

There should be an option in your printer preferences

  9. it may be because your printer drivers and not correctly installed or  not up-to date , try reinstalling or updating your printer drivers .......
