Why does my quad keep blowing fuses its a 2005 kazuma dingo 150 start because of this

Somewhere in the wiring system a + positive wire is short circuiting to the - negative ground.  Carefully inspect the wiring system for places where a connector or bare wire is touching the frame or other ground.

Most engines won't run with a blown fuse.  Dirt bike though have some exceptions.
