  1. mine  dose  it as well it is jest chilling out

  2. She's just relaxing.

Our rabbits at work do it during the day when it's quiet, or when they're too hot.

  3. no.no.this is absolutely normal.this indicates you rabbit is in a good shape.

rbbits are prey animals usually on the bottom of the food group.they are easy prey for predators.so over time they have developed this instinct of "playing dead".this is a defense mechanism used by wild rabbits against their predator.most predators will be discouraged when they see the "dead" body of the rabbit playing dead so they won't kill it.

so in short,it's just a normal habit.no worries.you rabbit is fine.just make sure there are no real predators on your area and you and rabbit issafe and sound.

    i hope i helped!

  4. She might need a rabbit psychologist.  Sorry, I couldn't resist.

What is happening around her when she does that?  How old is the rabbit?  That might be a young rabbits game, although animals other than humans are not inclined to psychological games.

It might be passing out if it's under significant stress at the time.  Opossums have a reputation of "playing dead" under stress, but they are actually fainting.  It could be narcoleptic or inclined to seizures.  It would be a good idea to consult a veternarian familiar with rabbits.

  5. That's just how they sleep. Rabbits are prey animals and are very light sleepers. That is why she will look at you while she is sleeping.

  6. Rabbits relax by flopping on their sides. If she is flopping, congratulate yourself, she's happy.
