Why does my radio have weird stations?

It dosent even have regular stations like 106 or 102.7 it has like 667 and diffrent ones and its still on fm.

  1. there are so many going through the air waves just tune the station you like and leave it.


  2. Return it to the manufacturer and get a refund.

  3. 667?  are you sure its not on AM?

    Maybe you live in the boonies and are picking up cross feeds or you have a cheaper digital radio and your out of area to pick regular stuff up.

  5. u should probably get a new one. It might be an old radio.

  6. Depends upon the radio as some higher tech ones can do down into the normal am (aka as MW in other parts of the world) band but be flipped over to receive in FM instead.. as AM and FM are actually modes of operating instead of bands which most people know them as.

    Also some radios are made for worldwide sale and 66.7 would be a legal Fm frequency in some European countries, wheras as 667 is a normal AM frequency outside the US

    without the name or model number it's hard to figure out your problem
