Why does my radio settings on Zune have Japan and Europe listed?

Question

So I was looking at the settings for my Zune for the radio. If I live in the US, why do they have the Europe and Japan settings for the radio? It sounded staticy obviously because I don't live there, but is there anyway I can listen to the Europe and Japan stations with a certain cord of something? Let me know please! =)
