Why does my right side develop better than my left side?

I know that the right and left sides are always different for everyone, but I've been doing bench presses. Which works out both sides evenly, so why is it that my left tricep cut is smaller than my right tricep cut?

  1. With the bench press your right side can actually help out the left side some since your using the bar. Now the dumbbell press works each arm out on its own. depending on how long you have been working out though it might just be a case of being right handed and it started out being bigger in the first place. If just benching with a barbell try throwing some dumbbell presses in and make sure to do the same reps with both arms and it will catch up.

  2. because you actively use your hand and arm more than the left, so your right arm keeps your muscles exercised and buff. but cause you left arm is used left the muscles that you build, deteriate faster
