Why does my screen say Yahoo Philippines? I'm in the U.S.?

When you logged on you mouse hit the area at the bottom of the page for international yahoo, close out a log back in go to the bottom of the page where you see all of the flags for different countries and delete Philippines and enter U.S.A.
