Why does my skin always get red ?

Question

Everyday my skin gets red at school the teacher leaves the heater on and its boiling my Face gets all red i look around to everyone else their faces are perfectly nomral why is my skin so senstive to the heat my skin is very pale and i never tan in the sun i burn ??

How do i reduce the redness I Tell her to turn off the heater but my face is ALREADii REDD So theirss no point ??

Is their anything that reduces the redness ?

its just something within your body you could have high blood pressure or your not in good enough shape....could just be hot natured ya know

i think you must be do blood test like fe-Hb-Hct-BuN-or hormonallike thyroid hormon and etc,by the way you need doctor.

its a goverment conspiracy trust me ive been reasearching this bizarre occurance for years i wrote a book about it but the danm goverment destroyed all my records!

but as nb1 said it could have to do with all that she said.

you need two washbowls and two towels

pour cold water and warm water (about 43 celsius) in each washbowls.

soak the towels in each bowl.

put towels on your face one after the other.

just keep doing it everyday.

you need to accustom your skin to change of temperature.

I have the same problem with my cheeks, im always hot and even in the winter they get red because im cold.=) When i was younger it was a lot worst, now im 24 and its not as bad. It happens to me when i get nervous or shy, but now im not as shy n stuff so its no worry to me anymore but there are some products you can use, like redness relief by Eucerin!!!! That works great and they have it only for the face too. I know the feeling and its so annoying and so noticeable! I hated it. Also try not to eat a lot of salty foods. You'll be fine. Just drink a whole glass of warm water before class or whenever...Hope I helped!! =)
