  1. A. Check for Front Brake Rotor Run Out:. Front brake rotors can warp when in heavy use. This is caused by extreme heat created by friction and pressure applied to the front brake pads and rotors. A heavy braking condition can be caused by driving down a long grade or extreme driving conditions such as racing. When a brake rotor becomes warped it will cause the steering wheel to shake when the brakes are applied. To inspect for this problem rotate the brake rotor by hand. The brake rotor should move freely, but with some resistance and turn for 360 degrees without hard spots. If the brake rotors are warped it is recommended to replace them. It is possible, but not recommended to re-machine to the rotor, the rotor will be straight but it will have less mass to dissipate heat therefore re-warping is eminent.most likely cause ,,: 1, out of balance tires. Have the wheel balanced .. 2, bent rims, 3 worn suspension parts, ( inner and outer tie rods, ball joints etc etc ) inspect frt suspension components.

PLEASE, keep in mind all of these recommendations, in failing weather, the trouble is compounded.

    use caution.....

    good luck.

  2. 1 bad tire balance

    2.bad tire

    3.tie rod ends/ball joints..

  3. Bad Rim  - bent or out of round.

    Tire is unbalanced

    Bad Tire

or you could have bad wheel bearings, tie rod ends ball joints etc.

I would take it to an alignment shop and get an alignment and your tires balanced.

  4. need wheel balanced

  5. The front end is out of alignment.Just have an alignment done

  6. tire balance, go to discount tire, if there is one by you, and they will do it for free.....

  7. Front end alignment is bad causing wheel shake which in turn shakes the steering wheel.

  8. check the front end, there might be something loose, like a ball joint or a tie rod. also it could be a busted belt in 1 of your tires, or out of balanced.

  9. Tires are wore, check your tire for wear and have them balanced.
