Why does my stomach always feel like its relly hungary even after i ate?

even after i eat my stomach feels empty like where is all my food going?could i have an ulcer or be pregnant?anyone had this experience?

I had an ulcer that acted like that.  You should see a doctor to find out what it could be.

that is a symptom of diabetes

you could have a very fast metabolism and the calorie content of that food could be very low so you would burn them faster and thus end up feeling empty
