why does my stomach gurgle for hours after i drink cabernet sauvignon

If you are drinking the wine with no food or on an empty stomach, It's going to gurgle.  Try eating before or with the wine.  If the gurgling continues try some other varieties and maybe some white wines.

Doubt if it's an allergy, but maybe a stomach disorder that will not tolerate the sulphates in wine.

Is it only when you drink that particular wine? You more than likely have some kind of alergy to it.
