Why does my stomach gurgle???

your stomach, which is actually your intestines, is digesting something. your stomach is higher up. you're thinking of your intestines. also, the digestion can also make you very tired since that is the only thing being sped up. everything else is being slowed down. all very interesting tales from anatomy and physiology.
