probably because the water hasn't settled. You probably drank voluminous amounts of water and then just started walking, you gotta pace yourself. Don't just chug the whole bottle.

the water hasnt settled in ur stomach and when it sloshes around it makes ur belly upset.

try not to run a marathon after drinkin lots of water
